I bought the individual pass (premium) für one year. Since a few days this year is over and I get the message 'expired since 07. jan 2021'. I want to extend another year individual pass – where can I do this?

Welcome to the forum.

Generally subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel it. It would be really helpful if you let us know from where (App Store or Enpass Website) you have purchased the Enpass one-year premium subscription.
