Enpass does not install on Mac Opera

I am trying Enpass for the first time.  I attempted to install in Opera (Mac OS 10.14) and it goes through the motions of installing, but the extension does not show in the extensions manager or the menu bar.

To enable the Enpass Extension manually, go to your Browser Settings, open Extension Manager, and Pin Enpass to your toolbar there.

Make sure you have enabled this option in the Enpass App as well.
