My work PC has the Microsoft Store totally disabled and replaced with a company portal where they host apps.  It looks like I cannot download and install Enpass without the MIcrosoft Store.  Is there any other way to download it?

My company IT help desk says that if I can download it go ahead and install, but they will not host another app on their portal and suggested I switch to KeePass which is the app they have licensed.  Any ideas?
