Robert Smith Posted August 30, 2022 Report Share Posted August 30, 2022 I am using Widows 10 and use Auto Backup of passwords to a specified Onecloud folder. In that folder I see the current all the previous backups listed but when I try to open any of them I get a message that Word cannot open because of missing or damaged data. Is this just a security feature? Will the Restore command in the Enpass app actually work if I ever need it? Thanks...Robert Smith Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ivarson Posted August 30, 2022 Report Share Posted August 30, 2022 Enpass isn't associated with the backup-files if you just double click them. And Word can't open them for sure. You can (and should occasionally) do a restore to verify them. That could be done either on another device (with no other Enpass data) or by creating a new, empty vault and choose Restore from backup during creation Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
