I have multiple chrome profiles that i use at the same time (personal and work). I want to make use of the multi-vault feature and I have installed the browser extension on both profiles. 
Unfortunately using the hot-key only works on one. I can still click browser extension button and select the password from there but it would be nice if the hotkey worked on both profiles.

If you are using Enpass app hot-key for auto-filling, then it fills in the default browser. Browser extensions have their own shortcut key for filling. Default browser extension shortcut is "ctrl+/" or "cmd+/" depending on OS. Follow these steps for creating a shortcut in the browser.

I'm aware that the shortcuts are different and actually i'm using the browser shortcuts.
On Chrome it's possible that you have more than one profile (some info here ). I use two profiles at the same time : one personal and one for work. 
The browser shortcut only works for one of them

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Noted and forwarded to dev team to look into it. Currently, you can go to the extensions option page and reset the shortcut for whichever profile shortcut is not working.
