Multiple URLs with one login

Hi, I´m a switcher from 1PXXXXX and wondering how to handle multiple URLs / domains  with the same login.

Example: Apple has the domain icloud.com and apple.com. How to match these two domains with one login entry?

So far I have done it in this way:

1. Add a new Field
2. Select Type URL and Name it
3. Add the URL in the new created Field
4. Afterwards it looks similar to the screenshot below

Yeah I also hit the issue when save url of apple.com and icloud.com
