Wojciech Posted April 25, 2019 Report Share Posted April 25, 2019 Hello, After moving to the new phone (Samsung) I had to reset and reconnect my android watch (Huawei). After installation of Enpass and on start up of the application it asks me to activate "Apple Watch" in Enpass settings on my phone despite the fact I'm not using Apple. I have Android Watch activated on my phone application but it still cannot start on the watch. Tried reinstalling on the watch, clearing application data and cache but it still doesn't start on the watch. On the phone it works fine. Any ideas? I activated Android Watch in the Android App, and i have always the same message (in french) "Veuillez activer l"Android Watch depuis les paramètres Enpass". I installed it on my smartwatch and enabled it in the settings of the android app. Watch still saying: "Please enable Android Watch in the enpass settings on your smartphone". And I find it sad that noone is answering here beside the standard "update your app and look in the manual". Are you serious? dbeedle Posted September 27, 2019 Report Share Posted September 27, 2019 New Enpass user here and found that I had the same issue.I found that I could install the Enpass wear app in the Play Store on the watch under the catagory of ""Apps on your phone". Slow Posted December 11, 2019 Report Share Posted December 11, 2019 I use an actual oxygen OS (android10) on my oneplus 7T with an also actual Enpass installed. On my Fossil Carlyle, i have updated everything and tried to Install Enpass, but there ist no was top geht it working. Ist there anyone Witz an Idea?
