Not receiving activation email code
Hello, same problem here. Did a new installation of Enpass on my Mac from the Apple AppStore, was asked to provide the email adress which I used to register my premium account and am waiting to receive the activation code since hours now, re-tried several times with no change. Guys, what’s going on here? You are in the security business and the availability of the app and the supporting services are critical for users. I paid for premium and expect this to work, please fix the issue immediately

Hi, I don’t think that it will take very long to get a fixed version. I emailed Enpass support and they provided me a test flight of version 6.9.3. I haven’t encountered the issue so far with the new version. You might also try to email them and get a test flight, the more people volunteer to test the better I think

I am checking a fixed app version 6.9.3 in iOS Testflight on a second iPhone 8 with iOS 16, up to now no problems - hope it stays like this over the next couple of days and the fixed app will be officially released soon.

This is really beyond annoying, I needed a PIN number for a rarely used credit card today to pay at a store, and had no internet connection to receive the email with the authentication code. Needless to say that the purchase in that store did no happen then, I had to go out and find a place with an internet connection to get the code, then walk back to the store and pay … this was embarrassing. This issue with after updating to the latest version 6.9.2 is more than a problem. @Abhishek Dewan I don’t want to be forced to switch to another app! If you have really identified the root cause please fix and release a fixed version immediately, it’s unacceptable to wait for a fix any longer.
