I am surprised that support weren't notified by the team member on this forum and when I queried this my post was not published.

Surely you have passed ALL these concerns to support yourself haven't you?

Using Time Machine on my iMac I rolled back a couple of weeks and installed the earlier version, which works ok. but that is not good enough! Enpass is a brilliant app but when something goes wrong the 'support team' are hopeless.

I have exactly the same problem after the Apple store updated my Enpass to 6.11.12 on my Catalina iMac. If the latest version won't run on a Catlina iMac how about making an older version available with a facility to stop it updating. I need advice urgently as I cannot access any password information and am really struggling.

Open settings then select the Vaults tab. Select the Primary vault then select 'Disconnect'.
