December 19, 20196 yr I am an Enpass Pro member and I am currently using Enpass(version 6.3.2 (582)) on my Macbook (version macOS Catalina version 10.15.1) The 'Quick Unlock' with Touch ID option is being auto-unchecked after I manually enable it. This happens almost immediately after I enable it. Please check the screenshot below. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem. Trying to see if there is a fix to this problem. Thanks in advance! Edited December 19, 20196 yr by Nishant Added the Enpass Pro proof
December 19, 20196 yr Same behavior here. I am also an Enpass Pro member and I am currently using Enpass version 6.3.2 (582) on my Macbook Pro with macOS Catalina version 10.15.2
December 20, 20196 yr Hello all, A Beta update with the fix for this issue has been released. Please check and confirm, we'll proceed with the release of stable version soon. Thanks.
December 20, 20196 yr I downloaded the beta from this site: https://www.enpass.io/beta/ It did not fix the problem.
December 20, 20196 yr The beta fix seems to be working for me. My applications folder had the normal app and the beta so I had to switch to the beta.

December 20, 20196 yr The beta seems to work for me. Downloaded v6.3.2 (599) it prompted me to update to v6.3.2(601). After update to v6.3.2(601) I selected TouchId in prefs and it seems to be working. TouchId setting is still persisted after an app restart. So far so good.
December 20, 20196 yr I just tried the beta again, and the process unfolded differently this time -- just as described by twm40. Now the touch-id setting is sticking. Now, if only the application would go straight to the touch-id verification without requiring the user to click the fingerprint icon. Edited December 20, 20196 yr by J P

Yes, I agree, this is the behavior it should have. 1Password does this; no reason Enpass can't.
December 23, 20196 yr Same Problem here on two different Macs since a few days... annoys me every day many times.
December 23, 20196 yr When can we expect a fix? I have installed Enpass via the Mac App Store, so no Beta for me. It is really annoying to type in my Master Password multiple times every day.. @Kashish Edited December 23, 20196 yr by spn

January 10, 20206 yr Hi @saschap, Thanks for writing back in. We would like to inform you that if you have enabled the Touch ID, then the app asks for the master password when the System restarts When you quit Enpass and start it again as a fresh app. However, we do have plans to improve the functionality in future updates.
