I have tried to create new entries and to save the form manually. All withe the same result. Could you have a look at it? It seems that the "auto fill" in "web forms" does not work.

The issue is fixed on other browsers i.e Chrome, Firefox except safari. While we are working to fix the issue with safari browser as well, please check the issue with Chrome browser and share your feedback. Thanks!
