Webform ist not saved correctly

Hi Enpass Team,

the webform of my online banking is not saved correctly and autotype is starting in the 3rd of the 4 field. I have tried to create new entries and to save the form manually. All withe the same result. Could you have a look at it? Thanks in advance.

Please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be.

  • On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
  • Which Enpass version are you using?

Save Webform has no function in Safari. Save dialog does not pop up. No entry in the database for that website.

I am using enpass 6.4.2 with browser extension 6.4.0 on macOS 10.15.4

Same problem.

- Save webform has no function.

- Enpass is not asking for saving credentials.

- Manual setup of a login not working.

I have the same problem with Deutsche Bank.

Still not solved. 
It seems that the "auto fill" in "web forms" does not work.

Hi Enpass Team,

any updates from your side. The autofill for my banking website is still not working, it is now march 2021, and the Extension 6.6.0 in use.

This is the same answer as last year and the problem still exists. This kind of support is not very helpful for your paying customers.

Apologies for the trouble that you have been facing with this.

We understand how frustrating this could be. The issue is fixed on other browsers i.e Chrome, Firefox except safari. While we are working to fix the issue with safari browser as well, please check the issue with Chrome browser and share your feedback. Thanks!
