  • I'm getting this too right now. Guess what - I'm on a plane, on a 14h international flight, and paid for in-flight Wifi, which obvsiouly has strong security measures and sniffers, as expected! Ac

  • Have you guys running any network sniffing app? If yes, please close the app and then register Enpass app.

  • Likewise... it's stupid that you can't turn off this check and allow your software to be validated.  If a customer paid for a license, why prevent them from validating the copy?

I am glad to inform you that, Our development team has created a fix for issue you were facing.
we have launched the Latest version of Enpass Store version 6.10.1. Try downloading it from the link below:

Please try it to see if this resolves the issue and share your feedback with us.

I downloaded new package. 6.10.2 actually and I'm still receiving the same error.

FYI, I ran this WITH Internet connectivity.

Same here with version 6.10.3

Also to add to the thread, I was given some troubleshooting.

Unfortunately, I dont see anywhere in the Enpass interface a function for 'Disable SSL pinning'.

I did try this offline and no success.

Here's a suggestion for resolving the issue:

Exit the Enpass application completely by pressing Ctrl+Q.

Disconnect your internet connection.

Reopen Enpass and set it up in offline mode.

In the settings, navigate to the browser section and uncheck both settings as illustrated in the image below.

'Uncheck' Disable SSL PINNING

"Uncheck'  LOGS - ENABLE

Quit Enpass again, reconnect to the internet, and reopen Enpass.

Upon entering the Enpass application, activate your license.

Finally, reconnect all your vaults with the clouds.

This should help resolve the problem you're facing. Let me know if you encounter any further issues or need additional assistance.

I finally got it to work! I have version 6.10.3 and use it on an employer laptop that uses Ivanti Secure Access VPN.

Using clues from Heynowjerry above, I simply went into settings and under the Advanced tab I found the Disable SSL Pinning checkbox. I checked that box and then went back to the General tab and reinitiated the validation sequence and it was successful! I didn't do any of the other steps he listed.

I'm going to assume g33k247 has a PC Desktop version?

I'm on a Mac. Maybe, perhaps the issue?

I dont have any reference to SSL Pinning. :(

I'm on Mac as well. Any chance to get a fix for us as well?

Yes please. Still no solution for MAC.

I suggest you try changing your network, as this might help resolve the issue. Connect your PC to a home network or any network other than your organization's, and then try activating your Enpass. Once activated, you should be able to use Enpass on any network without any issues.

Got same issue on Mac. Can you just a the same option as on Windows so we can unblock this.

It's anoying, we can't activate our licence without that

@Amandeep Kumar Not possible to desactivate zscaler, if forbidden by my company policy

Yes, I've tried many approaches. None have worked. Working offline, network changes. Please provide a patch, workaround..

Could you confirm if Zscaler or any other network firewall is installed on your device? If it is, please note that this issue might be related to Zscaler's network policies. Currently, there is no workaround available for this specific scenario. However, our team is actively working on resolving it.

We will update you as soon as a fix is available.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Yes, Zscaler is installed, however many of my desktop MAC apps are working. I simply want to authenticate my application. Please find a workaround.

Yes zscaler is enabled on my laptop and no way to disable it.

Just provide same solution as on windows: capacity to disable ssl pining

Our team is actively working on a workaround to ensure you can authenticate your application even with Zscaler installed. We appreciate your patience and will update you as soon as we have more information.

Thank you @Amandeep Kumar for your support. I am facing the same problem and hopeful that the portable version can be updated and solve this problem as well, so I don't even have to install it.

Looking forward for updates.

Thank you!

The update today worked. i was able to register my app on Mac with ZScaler.

Is there any solution for the linux version? I can see no recent release for linux.

  • 3 weeks later...

Can anyone please answer if there will be a fix for linux as well?

Our technical team is actively working on a solution. Fixing this bug may take some time, and the resolution will be included in the upcoming updates of the application. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hard to believe that it is so much harder to resolve the issue for linux, more than three month after solving the issue for windows and mac there is still nothing...

We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving the issue on Linux. While the fix was implemented earlier for Windows and macOS, the Linux environment presents unique integration challenges that we’re actively working through. That said, please rest assured that this is a priority for our development team.
