Enpass didn’t recognize my face and afterwards the setting to enable Face ID was disappeared. What now?

Please verify if the Face ID option for Enpass is enabled in your phone’s settings. You can do this by going to Settings > locate the Enpass app and ensuring it is toggled on for Face ID.

Of course I did. But, today, after 2 days it appeared again. Very strange behaviour.

What iPhone and iOS are you using?

I'm using an iPad Pro 13" with iPadOS 17.7.

Not sure if an update to iPadOS 18 would fix this. Nevertheless, I had some similar issues with other apps aswell, so my guess here is a bug on Apples side.

 But this never is an iPadOS problem. And I already wrote it disappeared after 2 days. 

Well, it dissappeared in my American Express App aswell and had to manually enable it again. So maybe (just maybe) Apple is also not without flaws (not saying Enpass isn't).
