Cannot Activate Enpass Premium on iOS

Featured Replies

Hello.  I am on iOS version 18.4.  About a month ago, my phone kept telling me: "Upgrade to Premium".

I uninstalled and reinstalled, and received a new code sent to my email to activate premium.  This did not work.  Is there another way to make it work on my iPhone?

With help from support, I managed to reactivate my premium by writing the registered email only with lower caps.

Normale I use upper caps for the Initials of my name in my email-address - and this prevented activating premium.

Best regards

Ernst

Hold up - are you an longtime user of Enpass that had purchased the Pro Version before?

Or are you facing the problem, that you are just having the Trail version right now?

If you are an longtime user, the prompt to upgrade towards Premium is just an annoying and blatant ad from Enpass itself to get you to upgrade your licence. Nothing has to be done from your side.

I am a longtime user that purchased the Pro Version.

I used to be able to autofill logins and passwords from Enpass on my iPhone, and now I can't - I get the message I mentioned above.  Is this part of the change from "Pro" to "Premium"?

So if you open the Enpass App, click on settings and then under "license information" you click on your email, what does it state there?

This indicates, that your license is correctly loaded. If you are now facing issues in autofilling, it might be related to the iOS version, are you using a beta version? Otherwise it should be working fine.

I am on beta - I'm surprised it could cause the autofill to fail and deliver the message that I am not in premium mode.

I turned it off, and will retest once the next full update comes out.

I appreciate your help.

Ok, if you're on beta that's the issue. But I do believe there was an update today/yesterday and it seems to fix this issue for other users. So maybe try updating Enpass and it should work again.

It didn't, but hopefully a future update will.

Update 6.11.10 just dropped, according to the changelog this issue should be fixed. Maybe check it out

We have released a stable version of the Enpass app that resolves the Autofill issue on iOS 18.4. Please visit the App Store to update to the latest version 6.11.10

That worked!  Thank you so much for the assistance.  I've turned off iOS beta updates to avoid the issue in the future. I  appreciate your patience with me.
