For several months now Ihave been experiencing a problem with the Enpass Browser going extremely slow when I type an email. I access Microsoft Outlook Webmail service. I achieve this by getting Enpass via its own browser to access the microsoft webpage (https:/mail.live.com) which it then autofills in the credentials and logs in successfully. The problem arises when I need to use the Enpass soft keypad. As I press the keys each character can take around 5 seconds or more to appear and eventually Andriod (I think) displays a message stating that "Enpass isn't responding. Do you want to close it? SECURITY BUG: Rebooting the phone does not cause Enpass to require the Master Password to unlock the app. I can use a fingerprint. Even after fingerprint is locked out for 5 bad tries and the Master Password is then required, if I reboot the phone, I do NOT need to enter the Master password, i can use my fingerprint. Hello, I am trying to set up Enpass on my Android tablet. I have my database synced up via my webdav server, which works without issue on my Mac, Linux, and iPhone. However, when I try to log in on my tablet, I receive the error that it cannot contact my webdav server. I'm wondering if there are any special characters in the password that might be interfering. If there are any error logs generated by the app, let me know and I can try to track them down. Thank you for any help you can provide, -Jim

Hi I Installed Enpass Pro on a Windows 10 PC and on Windows Phone, with Windows Mobile 10. I use OneDrive for sync using my Windos ID. Everything works fine No i want to add a new mobile phone using Android 6.01, but I only can use 20 Items, no Pro Version. When I try to upgrade to pro on Android phone I can choose an account, but only my Google account is offered but not valid. I cannot remember the date when I bought Enpass, I assume 2 years ago and cannot find any invoice.

The Enpass - Android Client 5.4.8 syncs only one time when using WebDAV on Stratos HiDrive. The next times I try to sync I only see a rotating circle. The Windows Client has no problems. I just switched from Google Drive to HiDrive. I had no problems with Google Drive. I tried to sync with WIFI and LTE. Also I am having no Problems seeing the WebDAV - Drive with Chrome. I tried the App on two different devices with no luck (S7 Edge and a Tab-S). The only possibility to sync ist to disconnect and reconnect the WebDAV Drive. A reboot of the devices doesn't change the situation. Thx!

Hello, i have an issue with the enpass autofill function: I activate enpass in the Android Accessibilitys. After that I can use the autofill function with notification. But after a undefined time, the enpass accessibility automatically is deactivated. Can you please help me. Device: ZTE Axon 7 (2017G) Android 6.0.1 Enpass 5.4.8 Enpass Autofill Service and Notification are enabled. Enpass Keyboard is not enabled.

Now on to my problem, I am an android developer and I am using the Enpass android app on my main phone, because that is where one would need a password manager. I happened to install an app that I am developing on my main phone to test while I was away from my desk and I got a crash in said app. I have tracked down the cause of the crash to the Enpass autofill accessibility setting. If I disable Enpass in the accessibility settings then the crash no longer occurs. Today I got an update from version 5.4.6 to version 5.4.7 on Playstore. Running Android 7.1.1. All was working perfect in 5.4.6. Once updated to 5.4.7. I had an error message about sync with Webdav (owncloud) with a private certificate - as stated in the upgrade informations - . Following the instructions I disconnected, then try to reconfigure the connection to the server. No way. I get a "folder not recognized" message. Did this 4 times. Back to 5.4.6. (Thanks to having app backup) and all good again. Try to update 3 hours later.... same thing. Back on 4.5.6. and all works fine. Any idea ?

After purchasing Enpass on Android and having it sync properly with Google Drive, Enpass on Android can no longer sync with Google Drive. It gives me: "There went something wrong while synchronizing. Error Code :-116" I've tried disconnecting and then reconnecting but it makes no difference. Obviously I need it to sync on my phone or one of the major advantages of using Enpass for me is gone. There have been a few issues I've reported now that just get "I've filed a report and the dev team will look at it". This issue is severe so I'm hoping this gets the immediate attention it deserves.

I am currently android Enpass beta tester running 5.4.6 when I open Enpass password manager it informs me that a new update is available, directing me to the play store for version 5.4.8 which comes up with a message great you are a beta tester for Enpass. Hej, it seems kinda weird that a security-related application has a dependency on Google's Play Store. I do understand that this makes the whole selling stuff easier, but than at least make it possible to run it in Pro mode without having all the Google toolchain installed on your phone. For instance, I run Copperhead OS for a more secure phone, without all the Google/Amazon etc. stuff. However, this also means that I can't unlock my previously bought Pro version of Enpass. Hi there, I use Samsung Internet browser extensively. Like all the other password managers, Enpass too doesn't detect the URLs correctly (on Samsung Internet browser). Maybe there are some technical difficulties as of now... so that's fine with me. But when Enpass detects the URL as sec.com and then I manually search the website... for ex Facebook, I get this.... "Are you trying to fill sec.com page with the Facebook item. Do you want to save the sec.com URL in Facebook item so that you do not have to search it next time." I get this every single time even after clicking on No. Can we have an option/toggle to turn this off once and for all?

Just bought a new Android device and downloaded my Enpass bought on 2013 But I can only install the demo version. I'm requested to click the link "bought before 2015", than I have to select the account used at that time and click "restore". But nothing. I was just about to buy a license but wanted to check out the sync function first to ensure that it works properly. Much to my surprise, although OneDrive is suppored, the setup procedure doesn't allow me to link to my OneDrive for Business account. Why was this simple feature left out or am I missing something? OK, now I'm scared to even use Enpass... I have way way too much information in the program (106 items) for it to begin trashing my information... Last evening when doing a simple copy/paste function all of my data in this one particular item turned to all '?' question marks in each and every field... this tells me I need to immediately export the information out of this program... On the Linux desktop client (and presumably the windows client), there is "Sync with Folder" option, which appears to be unavailable on Android (tested only on Enpass 5.2.0, Android 6.0.1; CyanogenOS 13.0). I'd like this feature so that I can use Syncthing to synchronize my Enpass instances. As the Sync to Folder option on the Desktop creates a wallet with a nonstandard filename ("sync default.walletx" - no underscore), one cannot use the default Android folder (hardcoded to "/storage/emulated/0/Enpass_backups/" for some unknown reason), which contains the default wallet in "/storage/emulated/0/Enpass_backups/Enpass/sync_default.walletx" (underscore). I've been using Enpass on Android for some time now without any issues. Today I installed Enpass desktop on my Mac. From the desktop I updated some of my passwords but the changes are not transferred to Android no matter how many times I sync. I installed both as an existing user and I'm using Google Drive. They behave as if I have 2 different accounts. How can I make it happen so that when I make a change to one platform it will automatically be transferred to the other?

Anyone seen this error and how to possibly fix it? I'm having issues with getting my Android to properly sync with Drive.
