I just wiped and reinstalled my phone and when I go to setup enpass with box it will not allow me to type in my credentials. The cursor blinks and will not allow me to do anything. It is like it is frozen. I tried this with the other providers and I do not have this problem. I have use box so I need this to work. Thanks, Bob

I have problem that enpass crash as soon as I delete one (no matter of what) saved password. I have tried to clear cache, no help. I have uninstall it and install again, no help. I dont have set google backup that restore app when installed. As long I dont delete anything from it, it works fine. Im using OnePlus 6, Android 8.1.0, OxygenOS 5.1.9, not rooted or modded os.

Greetings, I had to clear out a bug on my Samsung Galaxy s7 by performing a factory reset. Enpass reinstalled without issue, but now when I try to log in using the Master Password it is rejected. I have confirmed I am using the proper password; it does unlock my Win10 desktop version of Enpass. I've gone so far as to uninstall/re-install Enpass on my s7 to no avail. Thoughts?

Enpass can't appear in the notification bar for the Samsung Interenet Browser until I install other password management software together,such as SafeInCloud or 1Password. Why?It is a bug?

Recently，I use my new phone，MEIZU 15（Flyme 7.0.2.1A based on Android 7.1.1），I also download enpass from Google play but it shows my version is trial. After changing rom on my device, when i try to run enpass app, its not working. what i have done, Uninstalled the app. Rebooted my device. Reinstalled the app. Still crashes Update : Now its working fine. Riken D Best Tracfone

Hi, i'm new here and i figure out how enpass works. I use my NAS to sync with webdav. When i'm outside and i start the Enpass-App, the sync start automaticly. I only want to sync while i'm in my home-network. Is there a way the sync will only start when i am in wifi? Thx Rudi

I would like to use enpass on my two kndles and I can install apparently OK with an apk. But the enpass icon never executes - flashes and than disappears. Any ideas? I would like to purchase and support enpass with $$ but cannot locate a place to pay via paypal? Maybe that I haven't paid for an enpass pro version?? Any ideas would be helpful

I downloaded the android version and only need about 10 items from my main Enpass on Linux. I tried to share from my PC Linux to Android but android doesn't detect the link in the clipboard. How do I add to the android Enpass from Linux with out doing it manually? Thanks

Hello everyone, I've found out that in many of my Enpass records there are some doubled fields, and even some empty fields with no name and no content. How can I remove those fields from records. I found a command to add fields, to rename fields, to reorder fields, but nothing to remove them. Any suggestion? PS: by the way, is it normal that fields get doubled or empty fields pop up in records?

Hi, I just bough Acer Chromebook 14 and installed Enpass app from Play Store, which I'm already using on my phone and desktop. I'm unable to restore my password wallet from backup, tried Dropbox, Google Driver, even a backup file on USB drive. It says "invalid password" for cloud storages, and "invalid file" for local file backup. Using ChromeOS 68 (dev branch) Any help?

Hi there, I'm using a LG G6 with Android O installed. I use the Android O autofill feature with Enpass 5.6.8. When I enter a website (e.g. https://signin.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll with Firefox Focus), I can choose "Autofill with Enpass", But afterwards it always shows "autofill_matching_title_found", although I have a login stored exactly for this address. If I do the same with the Enpass Browser it works. What could be the reason why it never finds the correct stored login? Thanks in advance!

Hey, I am a long time Enpass user and just installed LineageOS on my phone and want to reduce the use of gApps on my system. Because of that I am now using microG with Yalp store to access the Play Store. After installing my most important apps I am now facing a big problem. Due to the fact that the pro version of the Enpass application is only buyable through in app purchasement I am not able to really use it, because it requires gApps. Hi, I have 100+ entries on Android and all the time the entries have not been aligned with the capital letter for each section. And if you have many entries all starting with a unique letter then they are all wrong in the GUI. Not a big problem but starts to annoy me as there have been many updates not fixing this. For example all my entries starting with B is shown by the capital 'B' to the left of my first 'B'-entry. However, the capital B is written next to the second 'B'-entry and not the first one leaving the first 'B'-entry as the last one in the 'A'-section. I had to factory reset my phone and when I installed Enpass my password wouldn't work. So I created another account in hopes of just downloading my old file google drive to get my passwords back. Of course it didn't work. I installed Enpass on my PC and now I have all my passwords but when I tried to reinstall Enpass to switch to my first account it automatically activates the second acount and none of my passwords work. Is this an android setting or an Enpass setting? I don't see a "log out" on my PC version of Enpass.

Hi, i have an Huawei Mate 10 Pro with Oreo. I followed this guide: https://www.enpass.io/docs/android/Autofill.html Everytime i activate Autofill, a short time later, the autofill is no longer marked. It first is working a short time and after i do some time nothing with my phone the settings disappear. Before i had an Huawei P8, there was the same Problem, but i thought it would better with Oreo. I have another Samsung S7 with Nougat, there it works fine. Does anybody know the reason, is it because auf EMUI? Greetings

I only have enpass keyboard enabled. It occasionally gets stuck at fingerprint validation for more than 20 secs after I press tap to fill on the keyboard. My device is running Oreo 8.1. Didn't have this issue on nougat.

It stopped only a few days ago, I believe after the latest update from Play Store. Enpass won't detect logins in Chrome Beta (or any other browser, I have Firefox and Brave) nor any app. It used to work just fine. Now I don't see the notification bar prompt anymore. I'm on Android 8.0.0 Oreo. Enpass 5.6.4. I have both the Oreo Autofill (Beta) and Accessibility Service turned on.

I have SM-G950F running Android Oreo (8.0). After upgraded (I think the problem appeared at that time or near it anyway) to CRAP (custom ROM ofc.) I couldn't use fingerprint to unlock. When I tried to enable fingerprint unlock, enpass gave me error 'Unable to init Cipher' and crashed. I tried to reinstall app, reset fingerprints, deleted apps cache etc. - nothing worked. So I can't use fingerprint to unlock it. Phone is S8 (SM-G850F), Oreo (8.0), Ambasadii ROM, Enpass 5.6.5 Does anyone knows how to fix this error?

Makes autofill useless on android right now. I have many entries that have a view-protected field for two properties: password (most times the first protected field) and recovery codes. As soon as I have two in one entry, Enpass always autofills all recovery codes into the password field of the app.

So, my preferred preference when it comes to Enpass autofill is to use notifications. Usually as long as I had a valid domain in the "url" portion it would autofill for both website and app (and of course if the app had a different service then I would add that URL). Now however, even if I have a valid domain listed in inside he password record for a site, I have to manually for said record before it autofills. Example. i have a record for victorops.com. Both site and app point to a subdomain of victorops.com. As such in "URL" I just have "victorops.com". By doing this it would allow me to NOT have to search for the record as enpass would see that the app was …

Enpass worked just fine on my Note 8 which earlier was running Android 7.0 Nougat. However that I updated to Android 8.0 Oreo today whenever now I will open the app it only loads a blank white screen on the start up and automatically closes itself after a while.
