I have enpass on my desktop. Then synchronize it with Gdrive. Then I sync my android-enpass with the same Gdrive. Enpass tells me that there are 285 items, but when I scrolll through the list it is incomplete and it shows only about 36 items.

I'm having a problem with Enpass in that in one account, it uses my password in both the user name and password fields. If I enable autofill in browsers and enpass keyboard, Enpass fills in the correct information at the web site, but not in the app. I'm afraid of adding additional passwords until I know why this is happening. Hi I have sent a friend of mine a "*.enpasscard" file on android with the wlan passwords for my router. He and I can't open the file on android. On his phone the e-mail app starts and on my phone a browser starts which redirects to f-droid. Non of us can tell their phone to open the file with enpass and when I look in the settings it seams that enpass did not register this file extension on the system. There is no option to tell the system that this file is associate to enpass. Regards, Marvin

I had purchased the upgraded version of Enpass on my previous Android phone (BlackBerry Priv) and it was working properly. I just migrated to a new phone (LG V20) and Enpass is only showing 16 of my 120 entries. I've looked for an option to upgrade the new phone, but so far I can't find it. Suggestions?

Hello, is it possible to remove apps from autofill? Each time I change the number of items that I want to buy in my shopping list app Enpass pops in and offers me to fill the number from Enpass. However, the number of bananas that I want to buy is not so sensitive information that I want to store it in Enpass. And each time I add a new item to my shopping list Enpass wants to save it to its database. The shopping list app is SoftList (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=br.com.ridsoftware.shoppinglist).

I have tried all the steps given to import my Windows 10 Enpass password file to Android, but I can't get it to work. I tried Googe Drive Cloud, I downloaded the Enpass. json file to the download folder on my Android phone, no lick with either. I have read about using WIFI, but there is no WIFI option shown in Enpass on my Android phone. Can anyone provide an easy to understand way to import? Thanks for any help.

Autofillibg no longer works so I tried reactivating the autofilling settings and was met with a notice saying that the service is malfunctioning. What do I do?

I'm having an issue with Enpass on Android 9 (Samsung Galaxy S10+) when autofilling information on Microsoft websites. Microsoft first requires you to fill in your account name (usually the email address) after which it will redirect you to a password page. Since these are separate pages, and not one page with both username and password, it seems Enpass gets "confused". It will fill in the username properly on the first page, but on the second page it just fills in the password field with the username yet again, causing a password mismatch error. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to resolve this. It is quite annoying. Anyone else with this same issue?

Hi, i have an issue with the latest anroid version installed via google appstore on fire tablet. When i unlock the App, it crashes, restarts and I see the locked screen again.

I was checking the Google Play store to see when the last update was available. The last update was on June 24, 2019. Is there an update coming soon? It seems to me that Enpass is due for an update now.

I just purchased the android version of enpass. I sync my passwords in OneDrive. I accidently connected to the wrong OneDrive account and now the restore fails. Each time I try to connect enpass it tries to authenticate to the wrong email account but never allows me to change my login. How do I change the onedrive login?

Does anyone have Enpass working on Android 10? I have encountered two problems. First, I go into an authentication loop trying to sync with Google Drive. Authentication is successful, then I am sent back to the "Pick an account to sync with" screen. I can get around this problem by copying Enpass settings from another phone running Android 9, then I have the second problem - autofill does not work. Autofill prompts me for a PIN, asks me to select the item, then returns to the login screen without filling in the user/password. I am using the Windows 10 Desktop and Android 9 versions of Enpass. I enter the details mostly on the desktop version. It is syncing well with my mobile. However, when I try to open an attachment in the mobile version, I get the following message : "Attachment Not Found. To download the attachment, please synchronize your vault with the same cloud account used to restore the data" Both my devices have only one vault, i.e., the default Primary Vault. The data is synced to the same Google Drive account. Please help!

Hi! I recently started using Android 9 and 10 (got the update a few days ago on my Google Pixel 3a) and tried out the new Autofill API in my browser (Microsoft Edge for Android). Unfortunately, this turned out to be a really bad experience. While autofill via accessibility service was working really great on almost every website (independent from language), it goes horribly wrong when doing it via the Android autofill API. I noticed that on all German sites Enpass will just fill the mail address / user name into both login fields (mail/username + password). Along with my other problems trying to make this work, now I get to laugh. I CAN'T PAY. I am ready and willing to pay, but each time I tell the app to "upgrade to pro", it returns a "Response Code 3" So here I am, money in hand, trying hard to give it to you -- but you won't let me. I enabled fingerprint unlocking, and it seemed to work for awhile, but now it's asking for my master password every-time I open the app. Disabled fingerprint, enabled pin, re-open the app, master password again, even-though it shows pin is enabled in the settings. Decided to install Bitwarden and compare, enabled fingerprint, and it worked. Disabled fingerprint, enabled pin, reopened Bitwarden, it asks for the pin. Then re-opened Enpass again, asks for master password. Why isn't pin or fingerprint work with Enpass on my phone? Enpass 6.1.0.227 Umidigi F1 Android 9

I have reported this to tech support as well but am placing it here as a reminder. When using Android, chrome or firefox ... and I go to a page to log in ... I am NEVER asked to save the username and password in enpass. Chrome wants to save it locally, but enpass never asks me to save.

Hello Enpass Team, I have justed switched from Keepass to Enpass to get more comfort on the different platforms. While everything ist just fine on Windows 10 and Android 8 I have encounterd some problems on my Android 7 Tablets and Firefox. I have added items to the desktop version, and have seen them successfully sync. One of the items had an incorrect name entered (and the name was changed in the desktop app to one that starts with "A"). The desktop app continues to show that it has synced. The Android app continues to show that it has synced. HOWEVER - they are NOT the same The following pictures and screenshots are attached to demonstrate.
