Hi, After several upgrades to version 6 on multiple devices (Linux, Windows, Android,...), I faced an issue on a smartphone Wiko, running Android 4.4.2 (no OS upgrade available) Enpass (paid version) has been working until latest upgrades 5.x, but version 6.0 does not want to get installed. Problem : on other devices, migration to Enpass version 6 has been successful and forced (especially within browsers, such as firefox). As version 5 and version 6 safes are not the same, how can I manage this dilemma (I want to access my same vault everywhere) ? Is there an Enpass version 6 for Android KitKat ?

Hello, I'm experiencing issues with some apps where the data inserted in to the app fields is wrong. The card that holds all the data is a Bank account item, (category), with information of the web page, debit card and at the end I added a new section with my bank account manager. When I choose the item it fill the user and password fields with the bank account manager data, that are a name and phone number, but not with the real username and password that are defined as user and password fields at Enpass. The fields for my bank account manager are set as just text and a phone number. I suppose that it is a bug, so I hope it can be fixed. Finally sorry for my en…

I created a vault on the desktop version. I could not synch it to onedrive as the primary is synched there. I synched it on a local drive that is backed up on OneDrive How do I import vault to my android phone? How do I import that vault to my other PC?

I have purchased enpass from the play store, but is there a posibility to install my purchased version to an android smartphone with no Google account and services?

After doing all of the upgrades I just noticed today that my phone is not syncing with my dropbox vault... every time I try to connect I get a sync error. Conflict in syncing data with Dropbox. I happened to notice this after I had to use my phone to pull up a password I know that I changed... is there a correct way of resolving this other then just deleting my settings on my phone and starting over?

I use enpass on my iPhone but when I download it on my android tablet it won't even open. I immediately get a message that unfortunately it had stopped working. I made sure everything was up to date. I uninstalled then reinstalled then restarted tablet. Still won't open.

I uninstalled Enpass 5 from my android tablet so as to install version 6 but when I tried to download it from Play Store I get the message that this version is not compatible with with my device. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Hello, with enpass 6 release i updated my various devices right away since it use a different safe than enpass 5. Unfortunately i can't find enpass anymore in the play store on my phone. It is a onePlus one running Lineage OS 15.1 (Android 8.1). I don't know if the disappearance dates from enpass release, but enpass 5 had no issue to update to 5.6.9 back when it was released. Any idea of the reason ? is it intentional ? is it because of a lack of backward compatibility somehow ? will it be fixed ? Hello support friends, This a friendly reminder that restoring Enpass cloud data on Meizu Pro 6 is still not working with Enpass 6.0.2 . What's the status of this issue? I bought the app almost two months ago and I still can't use it to sync my passwords with my ios/Mac devices. That's very disappointing. 

I update to 5.6.9 but no syncro with my dropbox and google drive. I dont change anything in my computer and telephone. For example on my pc i insert new data, click syncro (icon syncro runs) but on thelehone android galaxy s8 no new data. I try also to disconnect the accounts but not solve... some suggestions ? Hi, since Enpass 6 Update on Android I encounter some issues using autofill based on notifications with my browser (Bromite). Whenever I want to use Enpass in the browser by tapping the notification that pops up when a login form appears, Bromite is added to autofill information for the specific entry. This is nonsense - as it now appears on every entry. Please rework the autofill like in Enpass 5, so that I am able to select if the App should be added to autofill information or not. I am using Enpass on LG G6 (Android Oreo). Thanks!

Hello, Yesterday I added a number of entries with attached images in them. This was on enpass on Windows. This morning I logged into my enpass for Android. Some images were transferred and can be called up while a couple do not seem to have transferred. On the enpass card for that item I can see the images listed but when I click I get a message telling me "Attachment not found" and to synchronise enpass. Thanks

Using Enpass' keyboard for autofill is too cumbersome. It would be good if the keyboard layout can be enhanced to include numbers and symbols (secondary). Better if the device's default keyboard layout can be used to autofill instead of using a separate keyboard layout. Attached my preferred keyboard layout below.

I'm on Android. I need to know if deleting the application will delete my data or if I reinstall will the data still be there?

I'm in bad need of help here. I relied on my fingerprint reader (Samsung Note 8) to access my Enpass, instead of the main password I forgot. With the upgrade, the fingerprint recognition disappeared, and now I can't access my stored passwords anymore. Please, tell me there is a workaround for this issue!! Andrea

I purchased Enpass for Android around a year ago. This morning, I opened the app and it was updated to the newest version, Enpass 6. However, the Desktop version of Enpass 6 is horrible. It does not look like a PC or Mac app at all! It looks like a tablet app. So I will not update to Enpass 6, and I will keep using Enpass 5 on desktop. However, the new Android app does not sync with the previous desktop app. So how can I downgrade the Android app, which I already paid for, to the previous version?

In Mac, CMD+D duplicates an item. How is this done in the Android version?

I have been using Enpass for over a year and have synced with Google drive. I installed the app on my Galaxy S5 today, and paid for the full version. When I select "restore from google drive" I get an error message saying "Sorry, we could not find any Enpass data on this Google Drive account. My data is kept in My Drive > Enpass > Sync_default.walletx. I have tried turning sync on and off, and doing this several times. There is no option to find the file on my google drive account. How can I remedy this?

Under Android, How do I create a new Keyfile? When going under Advance, and changing my Password, the only option is to either Select an existing Keyfile or scan it. Thanks.

Whenever I try to set up sync, instead of opening a browser to log in to the service (I’ve tried Dropbox, google drive, and iCloud), a pop up appears saying, “The sync with xxxx was canceled by the user.” I already tried reinstalling, rebooting, etc. Device is the Pocophone F1. Any help is appreciated.

When I copy and paste passwords, these are stored in the clipboard for weeks. This is a very serious bug that makes the application initializable. Any app can read passwords from the clipboard? P.S: I use Enpass 6 on LG G6 with Android 8 and Enpass 6 on LG G4 with Android 6.

My android phone will get to the google drive authentication screen and stay spinning on that screen. I tried using Onedrive with the same results as google drive. reinstalled the app and now I can't connect at all. I have updated my chrome book and windows 10 PC they updated quickly.

You guys are really giving me a dilemma. I have just upgraded to v6 across the board and I love it. Looks great, even on my hidpi laptop and the ui is a breeze to use. Great work. However, I'm trying to remove Google services from my life. I have installed Lineage on my tablet and am using F-Droid for apps. I saw a previous thread on this forum where you said you did not plan to support anything other than the Play Store. This leaves me with the choice of staying tied to Google or giving up on Enpass. Not a choice I like. Is there no possibility of you being able to offer an APK download, limited by account on enpass.io? If you can't audit the Play store …

After upgrading my One Plus 5 to the latest Android Pie build, I've encountered an issue when enabling the accessibility option for enpass. When enabled, the multi tasking windows gets extremely laggy and slow. As soon as I disabled the accessibility option, it works normal. Is this some kind of unintended bug?
