When I first installed Enpass for Android and synced it with my Google Drive backup, I was only able to access 6 of the 30 stored credentials (instead of the 10 minimum for unregistered users). When I logged in with my Enpass account, my access was only increased to 11 of the 30 items. Pretty frustrating for a product I paid for.

Quite often, if my phone's screen turns off while Enpass is open it becomes impossible to unlock my screen and use the phone again without rebooting. Both the Android system and Enpass are configured to use fingerprint authentication. When I turn on the phone, its desktop panel (screen that shows app icons and time) is visible, but is greyed out behind the Enpass fingerprint prompt: which is now unresponsive and the only way I have found to release the commandeered screen is to reboot the phone. Is there anyway to get around this without constantly rebooting my phone? Thx

Hi, I searched the forums, but only found requests for different specific browsers such as Vivaldi, Brave etc. As it is, full-featured Autofill support on Android is available for Chrome, Firefox Focus, Edge, and Opera. Other browsers work, but Enpass can't detect the current page, so one has to manually search for the relevant credential. As it is, the lack of Enpass support is what's stopping me from switching from Chrome to a Chromium-based app that supports ad-blocking. Would it be possible to implement more universal support for Android browsers, considering most are based on Chromium anyway? I installed LastPass just to take a look at their browser support…

Hey, I refreshed one fingerprint (because washing the hands of corona more often - they had hard time to read finger) and now I can not open enpass, because I do not remember the masterkeyword. Enpass blocks it because of adding a new finger... It would have been good to be informed by Samsung or enpass before ading a new finger that enpass will not work after donig so... Is there a possibility to take of the new fingerprint out of samsung or to let me send a new password. There are all my new passwords and I have no access to them... URGEND help needed! (Samsung Mobile Phone 9)

Hi I am trying to set up enpass for the first time. I set up the desktop app first (6.4.1 (643)) and chose to sync it to a local folder. On the Android I chose to restore from Local Storage and i browse to the vault.enpassdbsync file. When I click that file, it asks for the master password but always says its wrong. That is the same file that is on my desktop (they are synced between my phone and desktop via a cloud system). And even on the desktop, I put my password in and it works just fine. Do you know what the issue is?

Hi I am brand new to enpass and setting it for for the first time. In the android app one of the "restore" options is to use a "Local Storage" backup file. I currently have another software program that keeps my local android files in sync with my desktop files (much like what a cloud sync would do). If I tell pass to look at file XYZ on android local storage, when my program resyncs with my desktop will enpass get the new changes? or does it only read that file for the initial set up and not again after? Thanks!

I'm moving away from dropbox. I have desktop folder sync setup using Seafile between several desktops and my laptop, works well. I was planning on also using Seafile sync on Android, but when I try to set up folder sync in Enpass on Android I can't add the synced folder or file. When setting up sync I can navigate to the folder in Enpass and see the vault file, but clicking on 'Done' has no effect, forcing me to cancel sync setup. Anyone have any idea why? File permissions issues? Is it because Seafile is syncing to my SD card storage? I've seen other posts suggesting Seafile WebDAV support can work with Enpass, so I'm looking into that instead, but I'm puz…

As I have mentioned in the title EnPass don't let me to log in in my Macbook air with MacOs Catalina 10.15.4 (the last update) I use the same pass in my Iphone x in wich I can log in without issues. Do you have an idea about this problem?

My enpass account does not sync with my Galaxy Tab S5e. It syncs with the Galaxy S9 phone and my laptop computer W10. No messages - it simply doesn't sync. Tried everything- nothing h works. The version of enpass is the same on all devices.

I've update both mu Windows Client and my Android client to the latest version and sync stopped working. So I disconnected both devices and try to configure sync again as suggested in the release notes, without success. So I moved all the Enpass folders (Enpass, Enpass 1) out of my OneDrive and tried again. Android keeps telling me 'Password of data on OneDrive is required, although there is no Enpass DB on OneDrive to login into. When I try my DB password anyway, it tells me the password is wrong although it works absolutely fine locally. I Have installed Enpass on 2 Win10 desktops. They synchronize well through Googledrive with a file "sync_default.walletx". I Have installed Enpass (Version 6.4.0.322) on 2 Androïd phones. They synchronize well through Googledrive (I don't know where is the file?), but they don't synchronize with my 2 desktops. The 4 terminals uses the same Google Account to synchronize. I use "Enpass premium".

I'm from South Africa and hence log in to a lot of .co.za websites, when I access enpass to autofill it looks for sites matching "co.za" instead of what-ever-the-domain-is.co.za so every time I need to select autofill with other and search for it. Please can this be fixed

Hello, I'm a long time satisfied Enpass user. But today I discovered something very frightening. I cannot display or save any of my attachments. I have six attachments inside my vault and none of them are usable any more! I use Enpass on Windows 10 (latest store version 6.3.3 (596)), Android (latest Play Store version 6.3.4 (298)) and iOs (latest version, device not at hand to check). I recently upgraded to premium, and now my Android app uses a folder in OneDrive (personal) called Apps\Enpass, whereas my desktop uses "Apps\Enpass 1". Therefore the database doesn't sync across devices. I have desktop version 6.3.3 (596) (which it says is the most current version), and Android version 6.4.0.322. Any idea how to resolve this and sync properly?

Hi, I recently switched from my good old Asus Zenwatch 3 to a new Fossil Carlyle. Enpass was working without problems on my Zenwatch, but I can't install it on the new watch. Enpass is listed in Play Store under "Apps on my phone", I can select to install it, but then nothing happens. The entry says "installing" for a long time and then cancels without any message.

New User I exported a file in Enpass on my PC it was a file with a .json extension that I moved to my phone and tried to create a new vault and import this file but it continually says incorrect password. I'm using Android 9, Enpass v 6.3.4.298 After input new login enpass asks me to save. But it just save an empty entry, no password or username. I have to fill it myselft. After that I use autofill to login again. But Enpass just fill in my password but not my username (a phone number). I went to adjust the field username to phone number, numeric but no thing happen. It just fills in the password. Can anyone help me with this?

Please improve your background syncing of dropbox data. Currently (and in all previous versions) the app freezes and one is unable to search existing data while the dropbox sync is busy. Please make this a true background process that does not kill the app while it syncs, same occurs on desktop (Linux).
