These paypal items are imported from a csv. Though I trashed them and empty the trash, they still show up in identical passswords. This also happens in iOS

I'm trying to use a custom icon for my GoG account and I've found the picture I want to use. But every time I try to import it to use it I get a this is an invalid picture. Is there a certain file/image size and or type gif/jpg/PNG? Thanks

Since I updated to version 6.0.0.100, I no longer see the option to open links in the Enpass internal browser. Was this option removed?

Unhappy forced upgrade is going poorly. Bug in v6.0.0.100 = application freezes after performing a long-held press of the password field. Result = it spawns a view of password value that shows character index on black background AND IT CANNOT BE DISMISSED. Doing that in previous versions was method to copy the value to the pasteboard for use elsewhere. Now, it's necessary to kill & restart the application, log in, etc

I just upgraded on my android (samsung 8+) this morning to v6, and thats when the problems started. It doesn't take any master password, and no, i didn't forget it because it still works on my desktop version that is recently synced, so don't send me a link to the article on what to do when i forget my password. When I deleted the app and tried to restore, it says cannot find the file on my dropbox. I backup to dropbox and the file is still there, so I'm not sure why it cannot find the file. I see no way to edit the item's title uppon or after creation. I see only the option to change the item's icon and the rest of the line is blank.

Samsung S9+ / default browser Edge My primary vault is synced to OneDrive via my Microsoft account. When I try to add a secondary vault and sync with another OneDrive account it switches to the browser for authentication. It automatically goes to authenticate with fingerprint (via Enpass) but Enpass then apparently tries to sync with my primary account and tells me "No two vaults can be connected to same account for syncing data- connected vault:primary". The pronounceable password algorithm does not respect the digits dipswitch and only puts a capital letter at the front for the capitals dipswitch. This is in 6.0.0.100 on Android.

My template for Mozilla Firefox is the default one. The name I used to have was Firefox and I noticed that the template was the default one. I changed the name to Mozilla, but the default template remains. How do I change the template to the Mozilla Firefox one? UPDATE: I decided to create a duplicate of Mozilla by choosing the proper Mozilla template. I deleted the Mozilla with the default template and will use the duplicate that I just created, but it now has the Mozilla template.

Hi, I share my enpass vault with a family member. Up till now we used Enpass on Windows. Enpass is backed up to my Google Drive account. I developed a solution that allows us to share the updated Enpass vault. We purchased Enpass for Android Pro (two accounts). I had not problem linking my Enpass to my Google Drive vault but seem unable to figure out a solution to do it for the other account without having to install my google account on my family member's device. Performing this function potentially enables all google services (calendar, gmail, contacts, etc) and I would like to avoid this. Has anyone figured out a workable solution. I would like to …

So my Enpass on Android updated to the new Enpass 6. The new application did have access to my existing vault, well at least in that it accepted my master password to unlock the "primary vault". However, there was no logins (or any other items) displayed and the sync settings had been lost. I reconnected it to my NextCloud server and it claimed that the sync was complete. However, there are still no items visible. Your update to my device has broken the application completely making it completely useless.

With ChromeOS on the rise, it's hard to understand how the Chrome Connector lags so much - when the experience is so good on all other OS'es. It works ok for a while but eventually stops working - you have to reboot the chromebook (I have a Pixelbook on the latest OS version) to get it working again. What can I do to help debug this?

Hello I used to be a happy Enpass user with a Samsung A5 2017. I configured Autofill on it and used it quite a few times to create Autofill log ins in the app for logging into apps. Those can be identified by a "Autofill Info" field in Enpass desktop software. Now that I changed the phone to a Moto X4 (also running Android 8.0 but with almost no OEM customization) I can't get Autofill to work. The app is installed and accessibility services are enabled for Enpass. Also I put Enpass into the "not optimized" group within battery settings of the phone. Hi, I noticed today that information I added on one device a few days ago had not synced to Enpass on my PC. Upon checking, I can see that both Enpass on my Android phone, and also the Windows desktop version have been unable to sync with Onedrive since August 15th 2018. Is this a known issue, and is it to do with Enpass or Microsoft? Is there a solution? Thanks.

I just wiped and reinstalled my phone and when I go to setup enpass with box it will not allow me to type in my credentials. The cursor blinks and will not allow me to do anything. It is like it is frozen. I tried this with the other providers and I do not have this problem. I have use box so I need this to work. Thanks, Bob

Hi I try to"reset" the app on my device. The app don't accept my Master Password. I'am sure that it is correct, but ok. So i try to uninstall the app. Before uninstalling i deleted the cache and data under Settings / App/... . The I unistalled the app. But after installing from the Store i will be asked for the Master password. Tried a couple of things. Looking for a folder on the device. Cleared data and cache, uninstalled, rebooted... Nothing works. There is noway to start from the scratch (may be that i can make a "hard" reset for the device....). I have encountered a serious bug, and a related, less serious one. 1. I cannot unlock Enpass 5.6.8 on Android with my master password. I have fingerprint unlock enabled. Sometimes when I've been working with my hands or they are dirty the fingerprint recognition doesn't work. It went into Master Password mode, and despite over a dozen attempts to unlock, it would not. I am absolutely certain of my master password, and even tested it on one of my Macbooks and it worked perfectly. I am syncing with Dropbox. This is repeatable. Launch, hit "cancel" for fingerprint, and then try to unlock with master pw - fail. I tried logging out of Dropbox, then logging back in…

Two major issues made me regret purchasing Enpass since the issues are not new yet are not being resolved: 1. 9 out of 10 times in browsers, Enpass does not appear when I need to login on a website. When I test the same site with Lastpass, also using the Accessibility Service, it works. 2. When Enpass appears below a login field, it covers my keyboard and also the next field (password) making it impossible for me to logon. If Enpass does not have the credentials this means in such cases I am blocked from logging it completely and have to disable Enpass to continue.
