    So, just now, I updated my Enpass Windows app and was immediately prompted a free upgrade. I registered with my email address and later I found out that I got upgraded to Enpass Lite. That's fine, as I didn't purchase the Pro version of the app on my Windows account. But the thing is, I did purchase the Pro version on my Android phone. So, what would happen to my account when the Android update arrives later? If and when I'll be prompted to enter my email address on my Android Phone, if I use the same email address that I used on my Windows PC, will my account get automatically upgraded to Pro? Or the Enpass Lite that I'm offered on my Windows PC carry over to my A…

    "Your Enpass purchase on one-platform allows you to restore it on other devices or platforms for free. For this, you need to register your store purchase within the Enpass app using an email ID. Once registered, use the same ID on other devices to restore your existing purchase and unlock the full access on all mobile and desktop devices." For Android, how can register my purchased Enpass app?

    I paid a one off fee in January 2018 but now I'm getting an error on my android phone that I have reached the limit that I can have. Has something changed all of a sudden? I seem to remember that the deal was desktop free including Android for the payment that I made.

  4. When I started updating my devices to "lifetime pro 6.3" I didn´t get the registration email, using MS Outlook. But when I logged on to my provider´s webmail (gmx, POP3), there it was. Held back by gmx, so Outlook didn't receive it. If you miss the confirmation email, also check your provider's webmail spam-postbox for your account.

    My wife bought the pro version 2 jears ago via in app buy (family account). Now the registration doesn’t work with her email address. I typed mine just to make it work, but that isn’t the correct way. She should have her own account.

Everything works, but I would like to use my own email adress on my phone. I already reinstalled Enpass, but when entering my own email I get an error, that I am already using the other email.     A few years ago I choose Enpass over competitors like 1Password and others because of the pricing model twined with the product architecture model: rather than a subscription to pay forever for a cloud service, a simple amount to pay for a license of a software that relies on the user storage (no matter if cloud or local based). I've been very happy to pay the license on each platform I have (currently 3: macOS, iOS, Android) and, after all, now I could be very happy to have received a "complimentary" subscription too.     Hey, before the price policy changed recently, we had to purchase the premium version on every platform separately. Does this mean, i can now register multiple e-mails for the "new" pro edition?     Hi, I've suggested Enpass to a friend, she downloaded it from iOS store, and she opted for the apple registration to buy the pro version. She received a very complex email registration... why? I thought that the registration email would have been the same of the apple registration e-mail but it's not. Can she change it with apple registration email to set up the pro version in other devices or does she have to maintain that complex address for life? Thanks

  22. Hi, in the latest version, I get the message to register Enpass Pro in order to activate on all my devices. As I purchased it on the Mac App Store, it is obvious that I have the Pro version. Why do I need to register directly at Enpass? I'd rather do not do this. By just clicking away the alert, I reappears every time. Best Christian

    Hello, I have registered Enpass pro version with temporary apple id which i want to change it to my personal email id but unable to do so as enpass is sending passcode to temporary email id which i am unable to access it. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hello, after successfull registration of several devices with my T-Online.de email I am now not receiving a otp email for new registration of an android device. Because my Gmail Email ist different from my T-Online Email I can not sign in with Google Account. I checked all SPAM folders and disabled SPAM detection in email settings. I think there is a general issue with T-Online.de emails because if i use a different domain I receive the email but can not register because my Google account is already linked to my T-Online Email. What should I do? This is really disappointing because I paid for enpass on Android, iOS and Windows in the past year.
