  1. We have found a scenario in which the Chrome Extension v6.7.4 prevents javascript dropdowns from displaying.  On the affected websites, clearing cookies, cache, and reboot do not fix the issue.  Opening the affected page in Incognito or disabling the Enpass extension both fix the issue.  We are able to reliably reproduce this on multiple Windows 10 machines running Chrome 98.0.4758.102.

  2. This has now happened again.  Some computers sync while others decide they're no longer going to sync.  Since some sync, it's not a dropbox issue, but a persistent bug in Enpass.

Adding to that frustration is the inability to break Enpass's attempt to sync.  You have to kill the app.

  3. Plenty of space.  I can certainly delete the file, but then I have 30 computers that require a resync.  This is a terrible solution.

The ONLY fix I have found is to disconnect ALL 30 computers, delete/rename the file on dropbox, and then reconnect ALL 30 computers to dropbox.

  4. You should be able to get around this by going to portal(dot)office(dot)com/account.  Click on Security & Privacy, then Additional Security Verification and Create and Manage App Passwords.

Create an app password.  This password bypasses 2FA and can be used simultaneously across multiple browsers and/or machines.

Works great for us.  I have 23 users on 2 accounts.  They use Outlook (desktop), Roundcube, OneNote, and Sharepoint regularly.

Beta 6 allows multiple vaults, BUT ONLY 1 VAULT PER SYNC ACCOUNT. Sigh - that is still limiting.

I would like to have 2 vaults in my family's sync drive: a vault for the whole family (including teens, for common accounts like Netflix, etc.) and a vault for parents only (for bank accounts, etc.). It makes sense to have them both on the same sync account, but Beta 6 can't do this.

    :(

  6. We have 25 Windows desktop computers using the same cloud-hosted database.  We started with Google Drive, but found some clients would lose the connection and not update.  Suspecting this was an issue with Google Drive, we moved to Dropbox a couple months ago.

Moving to Dropbox alleviated ~90% of our sync issues, however it's still an occasional problem.  Manually syncing Enpass does not update the passwords that fail to sync.

    Any other suggestions to troubleshoot/remedy?

    Thank you!
