  1. Enpass (and Safari Extension) 6.9.5 (1640). Yes, this is on Safari 17.4.1, macOS 14.4.1. All appears up-to-date.
  2. This issue persists, so screenshot attached. Workaround: Disable and re-enable the extension. No need to launch the extension as the "searching for Enpass" that precedes the error in the attached screenshot takes care of that (ironically). Then it works for a good while, until it's time to repeat. What else do you need to troubleshoot?
  3. Hi @Abhishek Dewan. No, the system is not going to sleep: only screensaver after inactive for 10 minutes and turn off display after 20 minutes. As for Enpass settings: Autolock when system sleeps and fast user switching and inactive for 6 hrs. The problem is not so much that Enpass is locked, it's the connection with the browser extension. I can unlock Enpass from the Enpass main window but the browser will still not connect. The only workaround is to disable the extension and re-enable. Let me know if you need anything else to troubleshoot. Thanks.
  4. Every morning when I return to my mac and try to login somewhere on Safari, the Enpass extension reports it needs to "find" Enpass. A look at the dock at that point shows that the main app has mysteriously terminated during the night. The extension is successful in launching the app. Even after that however the extension cannot connect to the app: every attempt to login pops a new Safari tab, a search for the app, the app window appearing and getting minimized again, and the same "cannot find" failure from the extension. This happens every day now. Extension 6.9.0 on Safari 17.0 with Enpass 6.9.1 on macOS Sonoma 14.0 (so, yeah, everything up-to-date.)
  5. Hello, Enpass! Can we get an official update on this? It's been over 6 months since the last input from the Enpass team. Thanks.
  6. Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work for me (Enpass 6.7.1 on iOS 15.3): I still have to unlock (I use FaceID) each time in short succession when filling username and password fields.
  7. This doesn’t solve the main problem which is the topic of this thread, but if your device doesn’t have FaceID (which is the quickest way to unlock Enpass) you can try to set up the PIN unlock option in Enpass Security Settings, which you might find a faster way to unlock than typing the full password.
  8. Hi @Pratyush Sharma. So, it's been a year since: Can we please get an update on progress?
  9. @Discordant posted exactly what I was going to. (I'm happy I searched before posting.) Sounds 100% correct to me.
  10. I wonder if this bug is not related to the fact that the app “blanks out” the moment you switch to another app and appears so when you browse all your open apps. This is a security option in some apps and is, frankly, useless. There does not appear to be a setting in Enpass to turn that on or off, as in certain other apps. You need to provide a setting to turn that off, too.)
  11. I found this thread when searching for the same problem: I’m tired of Enpass on iOS and iPadOS not respecting the Lock After Leaving setting. Specifically, when the setting is set to OFF, the app still locks immediately upon switching to and back from another app. This is highly frustrating, as is seeing that this threat has gone unanswered for a year now.
  12. I want to confirm that the problem is still occurring on Enpass 6.7.1 (878)(App Store) running on macOS Big Sur 11.5.1.
  13. See above, May 10 post: “by the end of the year”. Nothing more specific announced. Everyone here would like to see a native app. We have been using the Intel build without any major problem (see several previous posts). If you do need to install Rosetta 2, it is very easy: when you launch an Intel app, macOS will prompt you (you’ve probably seen that already):
  14. You can easily restore your “full” version by following these steps.
