Hi I'm a lifetime subscription member in enpass. For the past week enpass has been malfunctioning with error sync repeatedly. I use enpass mostly on my mobile (android 10) & iPad pro (ipados 14). I'm repeatedly getting a sync error with onedrive and when I select the resolve option it shows that I purposely deleted the enpass file on onedrive and now I have to upload the enpass vault on my device to onedrive. But no matter how many times I do this the same error occurs after sometime. This happens on both my devices. Naturally changes I made in one device did not get synced to the other device. I will attach a few screenshots (had to enable screenshots in the app just for this) to show the error issue. I tried disconnecting onedrive account and re-added and re-authenticated onedrive again on enpass but the issue still remains. This has become a bit of a nightmare. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
Hi, For some reason one of my apps called Celsius always fail to find the login/password in Enpass so i have to search for it. IS there anything i can change or do to fix this? i tried to add it as a login and app with the title matching the app but it dont work. Also tried adding a tag..... I think the login is a webapp so i added the url in also -->https://celsius.network/ Any ideas?
There are some special apps such as several banks’ apps which aren’t compatible with autofill feature on ios device. For these apps, shortcus automation may be a good solution. To add such an automation, we can add a personal automation with single app opened as a trigger. we consume that enpass have already been compatible with it, and then we add enpass new feature, then notification, to show informations whatever we want for this app. In order to watch information for a long time, go to setting-notification-enpass, add banners and change style to persistent.
use equipment: iPhone 11 system: iOS 14 Web environment:United States and Hong Kong Fault description:On my iPhone, open enpass and select Dropbox for data synchronization. You can connect to Dropbox, log in successfully, authorization is successful, But data cannot be synchronized. other:When using a computer, my enpass is normal. I can connect to Dropbox for data synchronization. So far, this only happens on the iPhone. At last:I hope the next update can solve this problem, and I wish you all the best in your work!
