  1. I have a lifetime license to Enpass Pro registered to my old email address. I have a new laptop and want to change the license to a new email address before installing Enpass on the new laptop. After I activated the new email address, it only gives me access to the "Lite" version of Enpass and not the Lifetime License that I have. How do I activate the lifetime license with my new email address? Thanks.
  2. Background: I have been a user prior to the new subscription model and have been happily syncing content across a Windows PC, Android tablet, and an Android phone. I got a new phone (yea me!) and now I can't register the app. It has been a long time since I've had to do this, so I fully accept that this is likely user error. I just need someone to point me in the right direction here, I keep getting this error and see no other way to login/register the app so I can sync data. I have tried FAQ's and articles and I must be missing the part for existing users on a new device.
  3. I have registered Enpass with "sumit@murari.me" before the subscription started, but not get lifetime licence for it again. Need some help over there, not sure if it's the right portal to raise that request. Please let me know, what is required from my side
  4. Hello, each time I open Enpass, I'm getting a mail message telling me "New device registered with Enpass" Is there a workaround for this ? Best regards.
  5. I updated my Samsung Note 4 to Marshmallow (Android 6.0.1) yesterday and noticed today that Enpass thinks I'm not a registered user and is only showing 20 of my 200+ items. It has also synced to my PC so now both devices are only showing 20 items as it thinks I'm on a trial version. How do I recover all my items into Enpass? Hoping someone can quickly assist me with this issue.
