Elliot Posted August 15, 2019 Report Posted August 15, 2019 I just bought the Premium Windows desktop through the Microsoft Store for $11.99, but the main feature I was interested in does not work -- Windows Hello. I check the box in the Security settings, but it doesn't hold once I exit Enpass. It is Version 6.11.424.0.

DM86 Posted December 18, 2019 Report Posted December 18, 2019 The issue isn't solved. I'm using version 6.3.2 (592) and Windows Hello function is not working properly. The problem is preatty the same as reported by Elliot above.
Anon123 Posted December 18, 2019 Report Posted December 18, 2019 I too have the same issue on multiple machines. The issue started with the latest update. Windows Hello disables itself once the app has been in the background for a while. It can be manually enabled again in settings only for it to disable in the background again.
