Des Posted September 24, 2019 Report Share Posted September 24, 2019 Hi, When I attempted to open the Enpass app on my new phone running IOS 13, it asked if I was a new user or a existing customer. I selected existing but then it said I could only access 20 records. (Trial version). I have been a customer for years and have the app installed on my computer and my IPad, and they are working fine. It also worked perfectly on my old iPhone. To restore the pro-version on your iOS device, please follow these steps: Open Enpass --> Settings --> Uprgrade to pro version --> Tap on Already purchased. If Enpass still shows trial version, please re-install Enpass with the same Apple ID with which you've purchased Enpass earlier.
