Lost app and all data after upgrading phone to apple 1 pro max

When I attempted to open the Enpass app on my new phone running IOS 13, it asked if I was a new user or a existing customer. I selected existing but then it said I could only access 20 records. (Trial version).  I have been a customer for years and have the app installed on my computer and my IPad, and they are working fine. It also worked perfectly on my old iPhone. How can I restore everything again onto my phone because this is my main source for obtaining my passwords?

Hey @Des,

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

To restore the pro-version on your iOS device, please follow these steps:

  • Open Enpass --> Settings --> Uprgrade to pro version --> Tap on Already purchased.

If Enpass still shows trial version, please re-install Enpass with the same Apple ID with which you've purchased Enpass earlier.

NOTE: Before uninstalling the app make sure you already have the backup of Enpass data.
