MarcelB
Hi there, I'm using Enpass for a long time now but seem to have a problem. I Always use Dropbox to store the passwords. I just found out that my Windows Enpass use a different pw database as the one my Android devices use. They all need to look into 1 database but that it not the fact. Maybay I'm wrong but when i can't see the foldername it's using from my Android Enpass Dropbox. When I disconnect and reconnect it creates in Dropbox within the apps folder a new folder called Enpass with one file in it called sync_default.walletx. When I do this from Windows Enpass it needs a file called walletx.db. This used to work in the passed. Why can't I use the same database anymore? Or how can I fix this? Anshu kumar
Hi @MarcelB Sorry to hear about your trouble. One of the possible reason might be you have changed the default location of Enpass database (By default it's under User Document) on the Windows PC and set to Dropbox folder or app? If yes, please change the location locally on your device and then enable the Dropbox sync from Enpass settings. If the issue still persists, share some more info so that we can take a closer look into it. Which Android and Windows OS version are you using? Which Enpass version are you using on the each device? Have you enabled sync from Enpass settings on Windows PC? What is the default location of Enpass data? Thanks for your co-operation!
