Hello ,

I am facing sync error from my windows 10 .

Everything works fine from Android App.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please disconnect the sync from all the devices and reconnect it again.

If the problem persists, please check if you had exceeded the total storage available in the OneDrive cloud account which you are using to sync. Make sure there is enough space available in OneDrive to sync.
