Harald.S Posted March 2, 2020 Report Posted March 2, 2020 Hi, I'm using the PC Desktop Version 6.3.3 (596) on a Windows PC with Windows 10 Pro Version 1909. Since one week I cannot sync anymore with Google Drive. I Always get an error 407978. I already - reconnected to google drive - deleted the .sync folder - reinstalled the app nothing worked! Would be great to receive some help.
Garima Singh Posted March 3, 2020 Report Posted March 3, 2020 Hi @Harald.S We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please follow these steps and let me know if the problem persists. Turn off the sync from all devices. Open Google Drive in any browser -->Go to Settings → Manage Apps → Enpass. From the Options menu, choose to Delete hidden app data. Now open Enpass and turn on the sync. Hope this helps!
