username559911 Posted March 4, 2020 Report Posted March 4, 2020 I recently upgraded to premium, and now my Android app uses a folder in OneDrive (personal) called Apps\Enpass, whereas my desktop uses "Apps\Enpass 1". Therefore the database doesn't sync across devices. I have desktop version 6.3.3 (596) (which it says is the most current version), and Android version 6.4.0.322. Any idea how to resolve this and sync properly?

Please note that Enpass ver 6.4 has a few changes w.r.t implementation of OneDrive sync because we have introduced support for OneDrive for Business. If you're experiencing issues with One-Drive sync, please update Enpass to the latest version on all the devices and disconnect the sync. After disconnecting, set up sync on all the devices with the same OneDrive account, and the data will sync as before. If you have any issues, please follow the help article here. Thanks!
