There is no longer an option to start or open my enpass on my iphone. When I open the app it goes straight to asking me to type in the master password. I do not remember the master password as I have used the touch id for over a year! Where is the touch id?

We regret the inconvenience. 

Please confirm the Enpass version, device OS and model. If possible, share a screenshot of Enpass security settings. Meanwhile, we're looking into this.
