adrianac Posted June 2, 2016 Report Share Posted June 2, 2016 when trying to import previously created csv file from password keeper app enpass displays windows error indicating . here are the steps followed on enpass desktop application went to file> import> password manager (Blackberry) and select csv when clicking next i get windows error message "enpass.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience. please tell Microsoft about this problem. we have created and error report that you can send to us". I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app on my pc but behaviour is still the same. please let me know what can I do to migrate my content Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please provide version details of Enpass and Password Keeper. It would be a great help if you can create some dummy items in your password keeper and send the exported file via email at support@enpass.io mentioning link to this thread.
