Gianni Posted June 19, 2020 Report Posted June 19, 2020 Windows 10 is my operating system on Desktop. iOS 13.5.1 on iPhone. Sync using Dropbox. PDF attachments don't open on the Desktop version, while they open on the iPhone. When I right-click on the attachment, only the Save option appears, not the Open option. (See picture attached.) What to do?
Garima Singh Posted June 19, 2020 Report Posted June 19, 2020 Hey @Gianni Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. I would like to share that currently on desktop, Enpass can open a viewer for image files only. To view the attachments, please download it first and then only you can view it. Also, the suggestion has been noted and forwarded to the development team. Thanks!
Gianni Posted June 20, 2020 Author Report Posted June 20, 2020 OK, thanks, understood. So take it, as you already did, as a suggestion. It would be nice to get it implemented. Gianni
LotsOfPAsswords Posted Friday at 11:04 AM Report Posted Friday at 11:04 AM Ah - that explains why I can't read the attachment after adding it. Note that the online manual states "Add Attachment" whereas Enpass states "Add File". Also, it makes no mention of image files only. However, I can confirm that Enpass will open an image, after r-click and selecting Open
