So after opening the App on my iPhone X it stated that I reset my face I.D which I didn't but I use back ups to ICLOUD but I can't remember the Master Password can I some how add it or open it from a Sync File or find it in a iPhone back up ? 

The Password I originally set up my App hasn't changed in years as I relied on the Face ID

Welcome to the forum!

Do you have access to Enpass using the Touch-ID?

If you've forgot the master password, there's no way to recover it as Enpass doesn't store or save the password anywhere.

What's the Enpass version you're using? The file extension is for an older version of Enpass i.e. version 5.
