iCloud Sync not working

I am trying to set up Sync with iCloud, but the process gets stuck. This is what I am doing:

The iCloud website does not show me a button to allow EnPass to use iCloud for syncronization, and the EnPass app stays stuck.

 

I'm I doing something wrong?

please ignore. The button was at the very bottom right. It was like a mobile site.

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
