And cannot sync with the primary vault on google drive "Please check your internet connection or try again later". I have no problems to sync with gdrive from my laptop.

It could be that some app might be restricting internet connectivity for Enpass. Please check: if you are using any VPN/proxy or third-party firewall software? are you able to access/login to Google Drive account from a browser on the same device? Thanks!
