what are the difference between tags and categories or the use cases? There is a category finance but i also can create an tag and name it finance.

Thanks for writing in.

You can have any item in one category at a time, however, you can add multiple tags to each item. E.g.: you can add Finance and Bank as two separate tags for a bank account login, whereas, you can only assign it to one category Finance at a particular time.
