Pratyush Sharma
Hi @amaloney, Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. Please have a look at below mentioned data location: I. App downloaded from Mac App store: data documents backups Go to User --> Library Folder--> Containers --> in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop --> data --> documents --> backups. NOTE: Usually Library folder is hidden, so make it visible by pressing and holding the Option key. II. App downloaded from Enpass website: Go to User Documents --> Enpass folder. Hope this helps! amaloney
@Pratyush Sharma. Thanks for the prompt reply. Using Mac OS 10 (1) I probably have downloaded from both the web site and the Apple store. If so what do you recommend that I do? (2) I have found the following files/directories. Do I discard any of them? Are there others I should look for? In ~Library/Containers/ in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop.App (has a forbidden sign on it) in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop.App.Safari.Extension in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop.App.Safari in.sinew.Enpass-Launcher iCloud/Documents-Enpass /Applications/Enpass.app (version 6.5.2) Al Maloney

amaloney
@Pratyush Sharma (1) I have version 6.5.2 (726) installed in /Applications Is it the App Store version? (2) Do I need to keep all of the files I have listed when I use the App Store version? (3) I made a mistake in my listing. I wrote ~iCloud/Documents-Enpass It should be ~iCloud/Documents/Enpass Is that file from the Web version? If so, do I discard it? Thanks again Al Maloney
