philippmn Posted July 10, 2021 Report Posted July 10, 2021 Hi, I am using Enpass Pro on a 2nd iPhone now. The initial copy from iCloud worked. But now changes are not transferred/synched. In the Settings an error Message is shown: Synchronization Error. You must logon to iCloud. Please check iCloud Settings on your device. Does anybody know what I have to do? BR Philipp
Gulshan Dogra Posted July 12, 2021 Report Posted July 12, 2021 Hi @philippmn, Welcome to the Enpass community. It seems your have not setup iCloud account properly in you iPhone settings (not Enpass). Are you able to use your iCloud account in Files or other apps?

I can open my iCloud from my new phone and Access my Files e.g. but it is not working for any App. But how can I solve this? I could not find a Setting which allows to authorize any 3rd party Apps.
