We tested this in our lab and it seems that the when we clicked on login, it went unnoticed. However, on pressing the return key, the dialog for saving the login appeared. Unfortunately, in my case, pressing the return arrow on the browser does not cause a popup window to save login data. I have tried on firefox/waterfox and Chrome and saving does not work on clicking the login/submit button however the enter key does work.
