I changed master password on my iPhone and can't log in on App via One Drive.

The iPhone app says it has synced. But when I try to log in on the PC App is says incorrect password.

Welcome to the Enpass Community Forum. 

I understand that you have changed your master password on iPhone and now getting incorrect master password error on your Desktop app. Please log in to your desktop app via previous master password and then try to sync OneDrive and enter new master password. Let me know if that helps.
