DetlefS Posted August 15, 2022 Report Share Posted August 15, 2022 Hi, my OneDrive (Business) is reporting a sync issue. See attached screenshot. OneDrive will only sync, when I close Enpass. kaos-it Posted August 15, 2022 Report Share Posted August 15, 2022 have you redirected your Documents folder to OneDrive? I think, the default store of Enpass is the Documents folder. If Enpass is in use, then should be your db file also "open" and OneDrive is not syncing, cause the file is "open". Jameswalter Posted October 8, 2022 Report Share Posted October 8, 2022 Take a manual backup of the Enpass data on all the devices. Disconnect the sync on all devices that are synced with Onedrive.
