  1. To troubleshoot this issue, you need to check your firewall settings and let the Enpass app and Wi-Fi Sync Server communicate over your network. Open System Preferences, then click Security & Privacy. Click Firewall, then click Firewall Options. Allow incoming connections for Enpass and wifisyncserver_bin.
  2. In your iPhone's Settings app, go to Privacy > Local Network. Find Enpass in the list of apps, and turn on the Local Network Access option. If Enpass does not appear in the list, return to your Enpass app, reconnect the WebDAV sync, and allow permission. Regards, James
  3. Check the permissions on the about:permissions page and in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions" Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems. "Clear the Cache": Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now" "Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:Edit > Preferences > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies" Regards, James
  4. To check your network type on the server, go to Device Settings > Network and Internet > Status > Properties > Network profile. It would be either “Public” or “Private”. If Windows had already displayed the Firewall popup and you don’t know which option you selected, follow these instructions to reset the access permission for Enpass Wi-Fi Sync Server. Open Windows Device Settings > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall > Allowed apps. Navigate to wifisyncserver_bin. Select wifisyncserver_bin and click Remove. Now open Enpass and go to app settings > Wi-Fi Sync > Stop Server. Restart Enpass and go to app settings > Wi-Fi Sync > Start Server. When the Windows Defender Firewall popup is displayed, click the corresponding Private or Public checkbox and ‘Allow Access’. Regards, James
  5. Take a manual backup of the Enpass data on all the devices. Disconnect the sync on all devices that are synced with Onedrive. Remove the folders Enpass and Enpass1 on One-drive account. Re-set up the sync with One-drive on all the devices and check. Regards, James
  6. Enable the logs from the Enpass app by following these steps: Go to Enpass Settings > Advanced > Enable logs. Copy the logs of the Enpass app and share it with us. Check if this works?
  7. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix page display problems. If you can open Microsoft Edge, select Settings and more > History > Clear browsing data. Select All time under Time range; select Browsing history and Cached images and files, and then select Clear now.
  8. You can mark this issue as resolved. It was only a short time due to time constraints. The device has resynchronized with the NTP server. Found a similar thread on the forums to point me in the right direction.
  9. Take a manual backup of the Enpass data on all the devices. Disconnect the sync on all devices that are synced with Onedrive. Remove the folders Enpass and Enpass1 on One-drive account. Re-set up the sync with One-drive on all the devices and check. Regards, James
  10. Please make sure you are using the latest Enpass downloaded from the Mac App Store. If no, please take a backup of Enpass data first and then reinstall Enpass from the store and follow the below steps. Go to System Preferences -> Apple ID -> Select iCloud from left sidebar -> enable iCloud drive -> Click on options -> enable checkbox for Enpass This may also help. James
