For example, in the main window, when viewing the list of all items or the list of all logins or when doing a search (if “Search in All Items” is enabled), I don't want the porn-related items to show. I want to see them if and only if I have indicated such—that perhaps could be via a section for hidden items or a toggle—or if in Assistant, the server component of the URL matches.
