J. B. Posted November 17, 2023 Report Share Posted November 17, 2023 Enpass offers an update and when I try to istall it, I'm getting the message "no internet connection". Except this item my Enpass works perfect, it is connected with Google Dropbox and I'm using Google Chrome. This problem exists after have got a new Desctop PC with Windows 11. With the old PC (Windows 10) everything was ok. Sorry, maybe this topic is still existing but I can't find it. I'm new in this forum and I'm not an expert ... Kindly create a manual backup of your data and then uninstall the Enpass app. Once done, please reinstall the app from the Windows Store or from our official website and restore the data using the backup file.
