When I set Quick Unlock to either Windows Hello or PIN unlock it only works for a few minutes, and then it asks for the master password again constantly and never asks for PIN unlock or Windows Hello unlock. How do I fix this. I did a quick search online and I'm not the only one with this issue recently.

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Open Enpass, go to Enpass > Security, and disable then re-enable "Pin"

  2. Restart your device and share your feedback

Note: Unlocking Enpass using the PIN only works when the app is running in the background. Otherwise, the master password will be required.
