enpass pro downgrade

Featured Replies

My phone currently has 2 google accounts logged in, a personal and one for my job. I bought enpass for my personal account but do not have access to the pro features when logged into both accounts on my phone (android). Is there a way to fix this?

Hi @Xarin

Sorry to hear about your trouble. I would like to let you know when you purchase something on play store it gets linked with the Google ID from which you installed and made payment to Google Play Store. To restore Enpass to Pro version follow the instructions:

Go to Play Store --> Click on sidebar and select the account from which Enpass app is purchased --> Re-install the app --> Enpass Pro will be restored.

NOTE: Before uninstalling the Enpass app, make sure you have already taken the backup of Enpass data.

Still no luck. I've even removed my other account from my phone when installing enpass. Once installed I can open up and have the pro version but as soon as I add my work account back and restart enpass it becomes the "trial version".

shouldnt you be able to get into the enpass upgrade dialog and upon selecting to purchase the upgrade select the account and then it should throw you back with a statement that you already bought it?
