Problem with Firefox Extension

Hi,

I have a problem with the installation of my enpass firefox extension. It just doesn't work. It's not possible to connect the App with the extension. It didn't work with version from the microsoft store and it didn't work with the version from the website (see below).

I don't know what to do. For me the app is quite useless without the extension.

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

It seems that any app or third party software is blocking the Enpass extension to communicate with the app. Please share some more info so that we can help you better.

  • On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
  • Are you using any Antivirus or third-party security-related extension?
