Mrheavyfoot Posted June 13, 2019 Report Posted June 13, 2019 Hello, I just updated to the latest version for Windows 10 and I use OneDrive for the data base, when I try to connect it to OneDrive it says iivalad password. I can access without a problem on my Android device, also latest version. How to I access this same data base from Windows?

Please make sure you are using the correct master password by checking the caps lock off. Also, please try copy and pasting your master password in the password field to check if that works. If the problem persists, please let me know the following so that I can help you better. Have you recently changed the master password on any device? Have you installed Enpass on Windows PC via the Windows Store or Enpass website? Thanks for your co-operation.
